By accessing or using VangelClip ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Service. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
VangelClip is an AI-powered video clipping platform that allows users to extract short clips from long-form video content. We provide tools for caption generation, clip editing, scheduling, and content distribution. The Service is intended for creators, educators, gospel ministers, and organisations producing original content.
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. VangelClip reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain all ownership rights to the original content you upload or process through VangelClip. By using our Service, you grant VangelClip a limited, non-exclusive licence to process, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licences, rights, consents, and permissions to upload, process, and distribute any content you submit through the Service, and that your use does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights. You are solely responsible for ensuring you hold all required rights before uploading any content. Uploading, processing, or distributing content for which you do not hold the necessary rights is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and termination.
You agree not to use the Service to upload, generate, or distribute content that: (a) you do not own or do not have the necessary licence, permission, or authorisation to use — uploading third-party copyrighted material without rights is strictly prohibited; (b) contains hate speech, violence, or discriminatory material; (c) violates any applicable law or regulation; (d) constitutes spam or unsolicited communications; (e) contains malware, viruses, or harmful code. VangelClip reserves the right to remove content that violates these guidelines and to suspend accounts engaged in repeated or wilful rights violations.
Certain features require the use of credits, which are purchased via a subscription plan. Credits reset monthly and unused credits do not roll over to the next period. Payments are processed securely. Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase if no credits have been used during that billing period. All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. VangelClip does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VangelClip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
VangelClip reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
